I have used you guys before for the birth of our granddaughter and it was great. This time, however, the roses I ordered my wife looked a bit aged when we got them delivered and we are about 24 hours in and they don't look like they will last for more than a couple of days. UPDATE: Sarah called me and apologized and said they wanted to send a fresh batch of roses with an upgrade. They promptly delivered replacement flowers. I think that is first-class customer service which is rare these days. Thank you very much!!
